Texas Sports Hall of Fame Releases the Official 2023 Nominee Ballot

​WACO, TEXAS-On Tuesday, June 7th the Texas Sports Hall of Fame Selection Committee met to create both the Primary Ballot and Veterans Ballot for the Class of 2023 inductees. See the official list of nominees below.​

Official voting will begin on July 15th & end on August 15th. To become a voting member please visit our website. Annual memberships are available for $35 for an individual or $70 for a family.


This year's list includes professional athletes, Olympians, coaches, administrators, and for the first time, a nominee in the professional wrestling category. A maximum of 10 will be selected by voters for Induction to the Hall of Fame next spring. The 2023 Texas Sports Induction Banquet will take place in Waco, Texas, on April 15, 2023. The Official 2023 class announcement and ticket sales will be released at a later date.
