Troy Aikman played quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys from 1989-2000. The first player selected in the 1989 NFL Draft, Troy became the first rookie quarterback since 1969 (Roger Staubach) to start a season opener. He played in six Pro Bowls – (1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1994, 1995, 1996) and was the third QB in NFL history to win 3 Super Bowls (1992, 1993, 1995). His career totals include 32,942 passing yards and 165 TDs. He was the MVP of Super Bowl XXVII, when Dallas beat the Buffalo Bills 52-17 and completed 22 of 30 passes. Aikman is the all-time Dallas Cowboys leader in passing yards, touchdowns, completions and attempts. He was inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame in 2001. (Baseball)
